TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PLAY

AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 19 years old to play at our casino.
IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT: We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification from any player who appears to be under the age of 25 or if we suspect that you are underage.
ACCOUNTABILITY: You shall not permit anyone else to use your account, and you shall keep all information about your account confidential.
GAMING RULES AND REGULATIONS: We reserve the right to modify gaming rules and regulations at any time without prior notice.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL: We may refuse admission or service to any person who appears intoxicated, is disorderly, or has been asked to leave our premises previously.
TERMINATION OF PLAY: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Misuse of funds.
- Involvement in fraudulent activity.
- Failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Any other reason we deem fit.
SELF-EXCLUSION: You may self-exclude from our casino premises, and if you do so, we shall exclude your name from our customer list for a minimum period of six (6) months or permanently as per your request.
DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS:
- You must fund your account using authorized methods.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the initial deposit.
- We reserve the right to ask you for identification and proof of address prior to any withdrawal.
LIABILITY: In no event shall we, our directors, officers, employees or affiliates be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) arising from your use of these services.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada.
- Any disputes that arise shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with the procedures for resolving such matters in Ontario, Canada.
CHANGES TO TERMS: We may change these terms at any time without prior notice.
